Summary: We booked on hotels and ordered extra linens and towels. Neither were provided. Went don’t and got linens from the desk but was told no towels could be offered due to a laundry swap? Never in my life heard of that.

Summary: I had to wait 25 min in the main lobby because no one could be found, then after check on tried to get some work done on my laptop internet access was promised but access was less then 1 mb of download and 0 for upload. Discussed this with front end they reset the router and no changes happened. So i couldn't get any work done for the following morning. Asked for a late check out was granted 2 hours then house keeping coming in and trying to rush us out.

Summary: We decided to drive to WV for the 4th of July because we have never had the opportunity to visit and we chose Morgantown La Quinta! The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful, especially Jake and Thomas! Breakfast provided a variety of options, above the normal continental buffets. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. Had a problem with the sink drain and the toilet seat but both issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. I would suggest putting descriptions on all the beautiful pictures displayed so that visitors know how to find the waterfalls and bridges! WV is so beautiful! And the fireworks in Morgantown were outstanding!

Summary: It was fine. I don’t like the $50 hold placed on a credit card. Most places I stay don’t do that. I recognize it’s a college town and maybe they’ve had some rowdy guests before. Also, I could hear my neighbors clearly but they weren’t being all that loud. It’s a decent hotel.

Summary: La Quinta is my first choice for Morgantown stays. Pre check in now works well. Comforable bed, walk in shower. Only diwn side is shampoo abd and condition bottles almist too hard to squeeze for someone with reduced grip strength.

Summary: The hotel was ok. The morning breakfast was not. The bagels tasted stale, the cream cheese tasted like feet, and there were no fruits or vegetables available at all. The room was clean, the bed was fine, the pillows need to be replaced, as the filling was lumpy and clumpy. The small refrigerator door was initially so sticky we couldn't open it. And, they made a mistake with our room, giving us a nice corner room, which we went into to check out the room, and used the bathroom, but when we returned from dinner, there were people audible in the room and the key didn't work. We had to go back Doreen to the desk and get a different room. Thank goodness we didn't put any of our belongings in the room before we went to dinner!! This stay was just OK, and we won't be staying here again.
